Kenya’s equatorial climate allows it to produce avocado throughout the year. The main season for Kenya’s avocados is March to September. The Fuerte variety is available from March and Hass variety being available from May to September.

Avocados are packed in cartons with net weights of 4kilograms and bigger cartons of 10 kilograms with the specified sizes of avocados ready to be transported by air or shipped in air cooled reefer containers.

Our avocado oil is cold pressed from carefully selected naturally ripened avocados using mechanical processes similar to olive oil with the additional steps of removing the seed/stone .In order to produce high quality avocado oil, the paste is malaxed for 60-90 minutes at 45-50⁰c then taken through high speed decanting centrifuge and later through a final separator to collect the oil from the water phase.
